We strive to initiate and prepare our students to enter into the church body as active members. We meet during every regularly schedule service on the second floor. We join the adults in worship from the balcony and then we meet in a separate environment for a short message and a time of focused discussion in peer small groups. In our small groups and lessons we focus on three priorities…

• Respect God-Given Authority - To understand and appreciate the significance of those in authority, and to understand that parents, teachers, and leaders are there to guide and guard their potential.  
  
• Acknowledge Moral Boundaries - To help establish guidelines for conduct in personal life.
  
• Put Others First - Scripture teaches that God has created us to do good works and that he has given us all unique gifts and talents. Discovering those gifts and using them to make investments in others is the key to lifelong fulfillment.
  

After Rush we believe that our students are ready to connect into the adult community of the church.
